Activity due field is showing unknown

The activity due field is showing unknown for all the requests. How do I fixed this issue?

Issue

The "Activity Due" field is showing as "UNKNOWN" instead of a date.

Cause

By default, Inactivity monitor is only created for Priority one incidents. Hence all other non p1 Incidents show "Activity due"  as 'Unknown'

Resolution

The "Activity Due" field will be updated based on the "Wait" field on the Inactivity monitor.
