Activity due field is showing unknown

The activity due field is showing unknown for all the requests. How do I fixed this issue?

"Priority One Inactivity" is for incidents but I am facing the issue in request table, there it is showing unknown. How do I fix this?

By default, in oob ServiceNow instances, inactivity monitors are only created for Priority 1 (P1) incidents, which is why other tasks may show "Unknown" for activity_due.

 

The activity_due field in ServiceNow is a date/time field (inheriting from the task table) that works in conjunction with Inactivity Monitor to track when a record requires an update.

 

Similar to incident, if you configure Inactivity Monitor for Request for specific condition, for those condition, activity_due will be populated.
