Hi @GwynethPhoS ,

Please check below points

• Chart title is missing or incorrect

• Missing description

• Incorrect indicator of number of open or overdue incident

• Header not shown – You need to turn ON the “Show header” toggle in the visualization options.

• “Show value” toggle should be ON.

• Score icon to “Activity Feed.”

• Icon style to background.
