@GwynethPhoS

Lab task has dependent steps and I have not configured data source but below are the expected steps for the task.

If you followed below but still you are facing errors, please share the screenshots of your configuration.

Same thing is happening here.. same step, same issue.

Followed all the steps closely, but unable to validate the task.
Seems like an error in the setup of the course..

Select a Visualization Type:

  • Open the Help Desk Live Status dashboard.
  • While in the Edit mode, select Data visualization from the Add new element menu located in the top right corner of the dashboard widget types.
  • Select New Visualization.
  • Select Single score visualization and select Save.

Important: The dashboard in-line editor doesn’t automatically save your dashboard when you’re creating it. Be sure to save your work regularly.

Adding a Data Source:

  • In the Data source section of configuration panel, select + Add data source.
  • Search and select the first indicator with the name Number of open and overdue incidents.
  • Review all the properties of the indicator and select Add this source.
  • Select Save.

Display Settings

  • Configure the Header and Border settings as given below:
    • Show header separator toggle: ON
    • Chart title: Average age of Open Incidents
    • Description: The score represents the data for average age of open incidents.
    • Wrap title toggle: ON
  • Select Save.
  • Configure the Display settings as given below:
    • Score icon: Activity Fill
    • Icon style: With background
  • Select Save.
  • Select Exit editing mode
