HI all , i need help in setup awa for hr case . i have created a service channel and added queue , and assignment eligibilty . whenever i am creating a new case from all navigation the assignment group field is being populated by some assignment rule and when i do ready for work it is populating the assigned to field according to the matching rule . in hr agent workspace even if i have made available to the assigned to person he is not getting any inbox noification . so i am unable to configure the awa in hr case creation can someone help me on this.?
