AI certification for Delivery Leads

Hi , can anyone help me with AI certification path, i am working as a SNOW delivery manager and looking for certification in AI. Which path i should follow

Yes, I recommend starting with ServiceNow University by completing the AI and Now Assist learning paths and earning the available AI-related Micro Certifications. After that, you can pursue the relevant CIS certification (such as HRSD, ITSM, or CSM) and complement it with the corresponding Now Assist learning path for that product.

For Delivery Manager , I would recommend you to do CSA certification to clear  your concept.

If you want to know further, 

• First complete  ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals  course from ServiceNow University
• Practice again all lab task in The given learning instance.
• Practice in your Personal Developer Instance (PDI)
• Practice mock question with Correct Answer 
• Practice from ServiceNow university provided practice : https://account.measureup.com/servicenow-university
• Check the syllabus from  Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mainline Exam Blueprint
• If anything left or you are struggling with answering practice test, Revisit the course content.
• Once you are confident ,  Schedule the exam and Go for it.

Note: Once registered, you have 90 days to schedule and complete your exam.
