application is not selectable in Studio

Why application name is showing blank in studio application picker window. I check the sys_app form as well for the application and things are looking good there. Not sure what is wrong.

 

See the first record in below screenshot. I see no application name which I click on.

From the UI this looks to be old studio. 
This doesn’t seems to be latest servicenow application studio.


Please mark the answer correct/helpful accordingly.

This is the Training Instance. Also I imported this application from Source Control. Still could it be because of the version.

 

Also it happened in my PDI too. My PDI is running with Zurich.

 

How it started:

1st Training instance; developed application; promoted to source control

my PDI instance; imported the application;

in 1st Training instance noticed application name is now showing blank and not selectable.

<Thinking; may be something is wrong with training instance; so took below actions.>

Terminate 1st training instance.

launch another training instance.

Link to same source control.

Import application.

 

and still it shows value to application field in application picker as empty.
