approval to keep a user in a group

I'm working on a flow that will run quarterly and look up user in a specific group and then send the approval to the user's manager to verify that they still need to be in that group. what I'm running into is when i send the approval for the user it is showing blank. I'm not sure if there is a better way to do this.  attached is screen shot of the flow i created.

why not submit a catalog item for this process and let manager review each group membership?
