Hi Team,

Anyone help me please I want to know when user added attachment on ritm it will show on top of the form(manage attachments).we have already implemented to show in task level.but here my question is same attachment not getting on top of the task.

1)when you say task is it sc_task??

2)you don't see "Manage Attachments" on the task??

3)What have you implemeted to get attachment on the task?

Yes.mange attachments not there on sc task.

Hi @Vinya Jakkula ,

I believe you have implemented using relatioships if so, you will be not able to see Manage attachments because basically your querying attachments on the RITM to show in a related list and actual attachments are on the sc_req_item table.
