I currently have an issue with the ServiceNow agent app. The scanner refuses to scan barcodes in the mobile app on android devices. An odd caveat I have noticed. The scanner will work, if there are no other fields on the action. I can't seem to find any existing information about this issue. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
