Can someone provide guidance on when someone creates an Application Standard Change,how we can auto generate a service request with the same details of standard change and assigned to particular group.

May i know why you need 2 records for same purpose, change is getting created then what is need to create Req?

That is wrong approach, in this case better use the task management. In a single change create N number of task and assigned to team for action. That is best way to do.

As user mentioned as by default change was assigned to one group they need for another group Service request has to be assigned for tracking.
