Thursday
I'm a complete beginner in ServiceNow and recently started learning the fundamentals through YouTube videos. I now understand the basic concepts, navigation, and how the platform works at a beginner level.
My next plan was to create a Personal Developer Instance (PDI) so I could start practicing hands-on. Unfortunately, my PDI request has been placed on the waitlist. I understand this is a common issue, but I'm feeling stuck because I don't know what I should focus on while waiting.
I don't want to waste this time. Could anyone guide me on what I should learn next without having access to a PDI?
Some questions I have are:
What topics should I study while waiting for my PDI?
Is there a recommended beginner roadmap that takes me from fundamentals to being job-ready?
Which resources (ServiceNow University, documentation, YouTube channels, blogs, etc.) would you recommend?
Are there any hands-on alternatives to a PDI that I can use for practice?
My goal is to become job-ready as quickly as possible, but right now I feel lost because I don't have a clear learning path.
I would really appreciate any advice, roadmap, or resources from experienced ServiceNow developers.
Thank you!

yesterday
Also as PDI is not available , till that time I will suggest you to opt to study video tutorials and use the community forums to master platform concepts without an active sandbox.
