Can I avoid subscription for custom tables

In ServiceNow, I learned that I need a subscription if I create any custom tables in production. Is there any way to avoid the subscription for my custom tables?

No, you cannot avoid the subscription requirement for custom tables in production

ServiceNow can anytime run audit on your instance and they will inform you about the custom table you created.

The number of custom table depends on your subscription
