What is required before taking the CSA exam
✅ Training completion (required)
To become eligible to take the CSA exam, you must complete the ServiceNow Fundamentals / ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals training course on the Now Learning platform. After completing this course, you can obtain or purchase a voucher that lets you register and sit for the CSA exam.
