i want to use multirow variable set (MRVS) into my project and want to know what i suppose to use either wofkflow or folw desinger. i aleady done changes using workfolw. but it is not working as expected.
Please find below my use case and problem. Appreicate if you could advise.
In workflow, I have scratchpads
Eg : workflow.scratchpad.currentowner in which all the owners are stored for the current device type.
I want to send approval to the first device owner and if he rejects the approval then the approval should move to the next device owner
Variables in mrvs are :devicename, current owner,new owner
Refers to :cmdb_ci_computer table
I need to take the index of the array but it is not working.
