cant access the roles and also not able to open bussiness rules no update set available in my pdi is it because of any change in roles but how to resolve it

Check if you have logged in as administrator and not using non-admin account or using impersonation

 

Logout and login again with admin credentials and try it. If issue still persist, clear the cache using /cache.do and try again.

 

If it does not work, go to developer portal and launch the instance directly from there with admin credentials and try again

this should not come if you are an admin.

Try clearing instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again
