@ArshdeepKaS Options for free training are very bleak, the CSA course was free initially for some time but now it is a paid course. If you are a part of a ServiceNow partner company then you can get this course for half the price.

CSA is 2 steps

1. Training: Yes, anyone or everyone must complete this training. Now question about the fee. 

If you are working with any ServiceNow partner company, then you can get this training free of cost ( Your company already has an agreement with SN), if not then you need to pay USD 500 plus taxes.

2. Voucher: After completing training, you will get an email to claim a voucher and the same condition applies. The voucher cost in also costs USD 300 plus taxes. ($450 Seems now)

Total $95000 plus taxes if you are not working with a partner company.
