Please create a weekly job running at 7 AM CET on Saturday that check the members of the group LIT-SG-ServiceNow-Approvers and if no approval in a requested state exists for the member, then remove the member from the group.

can anyone explain how to do this task?

Hi @RoshaniB

You are saying to remove members from group look like not a good case and that is weekly basis.

You can use flow designer for this where run / trigger flow on Saturday and check group ( in action) and update group.

@RoshaniB, flow designer can be no-code for many scenarios, depending on how you do it

Hi @RoshaniB,

it sounds like a flow or a scheduled job. What way did you configure or what is the error you have?
