Cloned "Standard Ticket Attachments" widget doesn't display the attachments8 like the original OOTB

Hello everyone, I ran into a problem where I cloned the "Standard Ticket Attachments" widget in to "CSM - Standard Ticket Attachments" widget.

In the old "Standard Ticket Attachments" widget, if I access the record having the "sn_customerservice_case" in the URL, I can see the list of attachments.

However, if I use "CSM - Standard Ticket Attachments" cloned, I cannot see the list of attachments.

Is there a way to mitigate this?

When I access the actual case in the URL for example "msd_case" it works just fine, just that when I access the parent case that it doesn't work.

AND
I do believe the place where the problem occur is `<now-attachments-list template="sp_attachment"></now-attachments-list>`. However, I can't find it anywhere\.
