The issue is i edited the default branding for the virtual agent widget, the branding is working well but i have been trying to input my own custom greeting to the virtual agent but it as not been working i even went ahead to create a custom topic so the virtual agent box uses my custom topic start messages but nothing im doing seems to be working, i have save publish made it the default and yet it still not working

ahoy @ohajimkpoik,
go to Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Custom Greetings and Branding > select Setup topics and there Greeting
The very same thing can be done from VA Designer or sys_cs_context_profile_list table, but this approach is the easiest to locate IMO.

I noticed that the table shared above is not the correct one I wanted to share and my PDI is super slow today, but SN Utils suggested to check these tables:

- Promoted Topics [sys_cs_context_profile_promotion]
- Search Profile [sys_cs_context_profile_search]
- Setup Tools [sys_cs_context_profile_tool]
Setup Topics [sys_cs_context_profile_topic]
