Comments are added automatically in change request worknotes

Hi Team,

 

If we are creating change request - when change state moved to Authorize. As we observed some changes automatically work notes are added "Group approval for CAB Management reset to requested due to user approval change from clarification_requested to requested (CAB Approval)." as Approval history.

 As we have checked this configuration in UI scripts, BR rules, notifications, script includes, we are unable to find this.

As we have tested multiple scenarios - unable to replicate this notes. 

 

Can you please help on this - How to find out this configuration.

Is this change approval reset? Since you mentioned trying to replicate it but it didn’t occur, it’s better to log a case with SN."
