Hi @poojamahend,
please navigate to your profile in developers.servicenow.com and click the right upper corner.
There will be a menu where you can find “change user role” or something similar, choose that option and select admin.
This is from my phone but on your laptop it will be the same >>> CHANGE USER ROLE
Perhaps log out, clear cache and log in.
This will most likely solve your issue, if so, please accept this solution to close this topic and it can serve as future reference because this issue is happening frequently. why ServiceNow doesn't grant the admin rights directly?

No need to worry.
-
Log back into developer.servicenow.com
-
Go to your profile
-
On the left side, open the Instance Recreate section
-
Select Change User Role
-
Change the user role from AES to Admin
-
Save your changes
-
Log out and then log back into your PDI instance
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @poojamahend
There was no need to reset the instance — you just needed to change the user.
Now, please log back into your PDI,
-
Go to Plugins
-
Search for AES plugin
-
Install it.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
