Hi guys ,
Can anyone help me with the requirement.
When we raise a request in TW hub telstra a specialist case is created in servicenow.
And when a comment is added in Tw hub need to update the corresponding comments in comments section in specialist case in servicenow.
My question is how to integrate the TW Hub with servicenow and how to update those comment alternatively when updated in TW hub need to reflect in servicenow.
Please can anyone help me with these.
