I want to take CSA exam anyone can u help me with how do schedule the exam.

When you are planning to take the exam? Servicenow is changing the exam provider from 17th Nov so if you can hold till that will be good to avoid any issues.

To schedule exam, you need to complete the training and then you will get the voucher and you need to claim that by paying the amount. And then you can use that to book exam.

Hold till 17th Nov my advice.

Hi there @RoshaniB

You can schedule the CSA exam after completing the ServiceNow Fundamentals course on Now learing Once done, you’ll get an option to request your exam voucher and access the Certification Portal (Webbesor). From there, you can choose your exam mode (online or test center), pick a date, and schedule it. Make sure your Now Learning and Certification Portal accounts use the same email.
