Google reCaptcha doesn't work on Yokohama but works on Zurich

Hello all,

I am trying to configure Google reCaptcha when a user has forgot their password.

I followed this guide: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0788009

It didn't work, when I click "Forgot Password" no recaptcha component is displayed. I am working on Yokohma

I created a new PDI, this one is Zurich, I followed the guide like normal and it works, there is a recaptcha component.

My question is: is this a version problem? can I configure on yokohama for google recaptcha?

not having the full picture here but when you say it didn't work, it didn't work how exactly? 😉 were both of your PDIs in the different versions identical, couldn't it be caused by other development/configurations/plugins/--- ???

Since Zurich the MFA is enabled on default, so perhaps it might go together, who knows...
