CSDM relationships

We have a requirement to map orphan servers in alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). The available attributes for these servers include Brand, Server Name, Server Type, and associated Business Application.

Based on the CSDM white paper guidance, the proposed approach involves creating and linking the following entities:

  • Technical Service
  • Technical Service Offering
  • Service Instance
  • Association to the corresponding Business Application

What are best approaches to add servers in the service instance, we have either dynamic CI group or Manual CI. but adding manual CI's is time taking since there are 100's of server.

Thank you for the response, if we add dynamic CI group from service instance, we are able to see only CI group is adding to the business application and we can see that in the server view so in this case adding the CI by manual method is a good approch
