Subject: Unable to Access NLU Service in Virtual Agent Assessment Simulator
Hi Team,
I am currently working on the Virtual Agent Assessment Simulator (Xanadu) micro-certification in ServiceNow.
While creating NLU Intents, I am getting the following error:
"Some features may not be available because the connection to NLU Service is not available. Please try again after sometime, if the issue persists log an issue with Support."
Because of this, I am unable to create or validate the NLU intents in the simulator.
Could someone please help me understand:Whether this is a temporary platform issueIf any plugin/service needs to be enabledOr if there is any workaround for the simulator environment
