I have service now custom application with this history. When promoting the change via publish and install method, it installes just fine to test but the catalog form is very old. possibly the first version.
when I compare catalog items of the custom app in dev and test,
1)in dev the newest item record "sc_cat_item_7d18#######" is state "current"
2)In dev the source is "Update Set: default"
3)in test the newest item record "sc_cat_item_7d18#######" is state "history"
4)in test the oldest item record "sc_cat_item_7d18#######" is state "current"
4)In tes the source is "Store Application: My current App"
how can I solve this issue?
currently install in my test environment is not reflecting my changes
