Decalarative action is not doing anything upon click Its a UXF client action

Hi all,

I was setting up a related list declarative action "Add" on Change related records on requested Item table.

for that I created a DA. with UXF client action. I have setup the payload as well in UXF client action.

Button is appearing but nothing happends to select the requested item.
