Hello ServiceNow Community,
I have been blocked for four days while following the NeedIt Notifications training module in my Australia Personal Developer Instance.
Repository URL: https://github.com/faty20-web/devtraining-needit-utah.git
Current branch: PerformanceAnalytics
Target branch: Notifications
The Notifications branch and the LoadForNotificationsModule tag exist in my GitHub repository.
When I try to switch branches, I receive this error:
The current action cannot be performed while other users are working on the repository. Try again later.
Pull from repository also fails with the message: Applying remote changes has failed.
Create Branch fails as well.
I have checked active user sessions, the Application Operations Queue, local changes, repository URL, GitHub branches and system logs. I also deleted and recreated the repository configuration. Linking the application to source control succeeded, but the branch switching error remains.
The Credential field in Edit Repository Configuration also displays Field is required even when a saved credential is selected.
Could someone help me identify the cause and resolve this issue without losing my application work?
Thank you.
