Posting here since I've received no additional information concerning the PDI outage issue.
"We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience."
I have received no response from ServiceNow's Support/Helpdesk. This issue has been on going for more than 2-weeks.
Does anyone know what's going on and/or when the PDIs will be available?

Here are some points to consider:
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

So this issue has been for over a week. To say there is no PDI and see the following message is an issue:
We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
Sure. There may not be direct support tickets that can be opened for PDIs, but people depend on PDIs for a lot of different reasons.
For Service Now to post an alert to say there is an issue and not update it for over a week is a problem.

Agreed, the issue is still present, but many community members have reported that their issues have been resolved. So, in short, we just need to wait. @TomB84881167842

Tried several things including Releasing the instance to clear whatever is in the way but that did not resolve the issue. Release did not work and only circled me back to the instance is hibernating screen. Really can't wait much longer - this has been an issue since ServiceNow did a system refresh April 17, 2025.
