Discovery Fundamentals On Demand (Course) in servicenow

i am facing error with mid discovery, not getting why after follwing lab setps.

can anyone please help me with this , i dont have much knowledge on patterns, i am unable to debug.

please provide some screenshots, we cannot see what was required and neither what did you do so there's not much to help. Because we aren't enrolled, it's onyl visible to you....
