Emails not getting triggered on insert

Hi,

I have created a simple email notification in our custom table when a task is created in our table. It's an on insert notification. Now the task is created through an ui action . We are noticing that at times the email gets triggered and few times it doesn't.  I even checked in the email log there also same issue is there. There is not much in the conditions so not sure what can be the possible issue. Any suggestions will help

Hi @MaharshiC ,

 

May be there are recipients for the tasks for which it didn't trigger 

Or may be the recipients are inactive 

 

Please check if there are atleast 1 valid recipient

 

You can open the notification and click on preview notification and give the taks (record) for which it didn't work and check if there are valid recipient

Please share the screenshots of the notification configuration

Any condition present in the email notification? who are the recipients?
