Employee search Bar- Showing few catalog items only

Hi,

We have migrated from Service portal to ESC.

We are facing an issue that:

There's one CI: "Other It Related Requests"

When i search "other" i dont get any any result.

where we have another CI: "Ninja NES"

If i search "NES" it shows the related items like Ninja NES etc.

So for "Other It Related Requests", we are getting it only when we are typing full name. But this should not be done as it's an AI search it should suggest like suggesting for other CI.

Can anyone help.

Please let me know if im not clear with my question.

you should add different keywords in your meta field in your catalog item.

reindex the sc_cat_item table

Reindex a table without impacting text search results
