End Users unable to see approvals under "My Tasks" selection in EC Portal.

Hi Team,

End users are unable to see approvals in the EC portal. We verified that they can see and approve items in the SP portal without issues.

Could you please enable the approvals tab in the EC portal for all users, mirroring the current SP portal setup, so they can approve or reject tickets?

Additionally, under "My Tasks" in the EC portal, only users with 'itil' and 'admin' roles can currently approve items.  How to achieve this for end users for all?

why you want end users to see approvals? As per KB it's not OOTB platform feature. To make it work there is a workaround KB0719074

"My Tasks" and able to see Approve/Reject button? - Yes users can able to see in EC Portal - But we need all the end users. Users who does not have roles - they can able to approve or reject in EC portal.

why end users with no role would approve/reject?

platform allows only users with approver_user role to approve/reject

I don't think it's a valid business requirement.

@Ankur Bawiskar  - Customers asking like all users are able to approve in sp portal - same we need that option in EC portal. So that is the issue - i need to bring same OOTB to EC portal.
