How to achieve grey out public, weekends, and exception holidays as per schedule calendar.

Hi, I have a requirement to disable weekends and holidays (including public and exception holidays) on a date picker field according to our schedule calendar. The schedule has entries for working hours along with holiday and exception lists.

run onChange client script and let user select the date and do the validation and throw error if it fails

user will then select another date.
