Exclude Users with Empty User ID from Employee Center Impersonation Search

Hi all,

I noticed that users with an empty User ID are not shown in the Impersonate User search on the Admin and SOW pages — which is expected.

However, these same users still appear in the Employee Center impersonation search.

Is there a way to exclude users with empty User ID from appearing in the Employee Center impersonation list as well?

Hi @UdhayakumarS559,

good catch! However I replicated the scenario in my PDI and did not happen to me, please try to log out - clear cache - log in and impersonate in both backend and ESC again...

 

Alternatively, use a different browser or incognito mode.

 

I didn't happen to replicate it. Also tried to give a test user some user id, impersonate,. unimpersonate then to remove the user id whether it "remains" there but it didn't...
