Were you able to add the 3 'On Hold' Incidents to the 'On Hold' Lane?

can you ensure that it is the right board?

My incident - freeboard and not flexiboard?

Please start again with typing "Visual task board" and verifying it is the proper board.

Also, share the full requirement, we are not enrolled to it and despite we might have already passed but it is long time ago and we see only what you added here and it is not much. the better description the better help 😉

@rithureddy7 oh sorry, it is visible in your screenshot that you are on the right board.

Then you can try moving the 3 incidents to In Progress, reload the screen and move them back to the On Hold column.

Eventually try to switch the columns name... but the 7 the column in progress were accepted so it shouldn't be it... anyways just a tip
