Study material for ITILv.5 Foundation Certification

Hello everyone;

Where can I find the ITIL v5 Foundation's book/ study material? All I see online is snippets of the mock exam and not much of substantial material to study for the exam. Any leads in this matter  (online resources etc) will be greatly appreciated.

For ITIL V5, I would recommend going directly to the PeopleCert / official ITIL website for exam preparation. This should be your single source of truth for the exam.

You will find the authorised study materials there, including the Official eBook, Learning Resource Kit, and official training/eLearning options. PeopleCert also provides official mock exams for exam practice.

My recommendation would be to follow the official material closely rather than relying on multiple external websites, as third-party practice questions or answers may not always be accurate or aligned with the current syllabus.

For me, the best approach is:

• Use the official PeopleCert ITIL V5 material as your primary source.

• Go through the training thoroughly.

• Review the material multiple times.

• Practise the official labs, exercises, and knowledge checks where available.

• Use the official PeopleCert mock exam to familiarise yourself with the exam format and identify areas that need more revision.

That way, you are learning from the material provided by the organisation responsible for the certification rather than trying to reconcile different answers from different websites.
