From the Problem record submitted in a previous activity, were you able to add it to the My Requests

Hi Team, 

I am unable to add the Problem record to My Requests in XANDAU verison. Though Swim lane Problem shows the card but instead of PRB in Problem Card, it shows PTSK. So i am failing in Task Module. Please can someone help me?

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever get your issue resolved? I'm concerned this could potentially affect my next task modules going forward.
