Getting insights from string field

Hi,

I have a custom string field in my custom table. Now the client wants to get some meaningful insights from this string field. How can I give some meaningful insight from this field? He also wants to show them in a sort of report also later. This insight may include frequency, sentiment, importance of words. Can we use predictive intelligence or by some other way? Any reference URL will also help .

Yes you use predictive intelligence, although you aren't really predicting anything. You have a string. And without knowing anything about it, it's hard to tell you anything.

There is a huge difference in how to achieve anything, related to the usage of the string field. And you also need to check on what is in it. Sentiment, for instance, is often something that comes from comparison. Can that be done?

HI @Mark Manders ,

Thanks for your reply.

If we can show the client may be the top words used in the string , their frequency in a graphical way  then that will be good for them. But is that feasible? I know we can use  a custom table and and get the count of each word but as that will create huge number of records in the custom table so that is not a feasible option.

Did you check on the 'Text Analytics' within Platform Analytics?

Hi @Mark Manders ,

I tried it but it unfortunately doesnot work in the platform analytics dashboard. It works only in old performance analytics dashboard.
