Have to view Excel document in next tab instead of downloading in incident form

I had a List field in incident form in which when I click preview record it was downloading I need to view in the next tab.

1. Navigate to the Dictionary: Go to System Definition > Dictionary.
2. Find the Table: Search for the table you want to modify (e.g., "incident") and open its record.
3. Open the Collection Record: Ensure the record you open has a "Type" field with the value "Collection".
4. Add the Attribute: In the "Attributes" related list, click "New".
5. Enter Attribute Details:
   • In the "Attribute" field, enter "Use Document Viewer".
   • In the "Value" field, enter "true".

But i need it in the new list field
