How to add one more application in the global search dropdown and make some tables in it are searchable?

There was a scoped application, I want to add that scoped application in the dropdown and that application has 2-3 tables, so when I select that application, I'm expecting to get search results for all those 2-3 tables @Ankur Bawiskar

Before posting the question in the community, I have gone through the both links and tested, it didn't helped me,. that's the reason I posted here for the additional help..
