How to add the KB articles based on the Business application selection in the catalog item

We need to add the KB articles for the Business applications, when we select an application from the business application dropdown, it should auto populate their appropriate KB articles in the catalog item. we are having nearly 4000+ application we have to add the knowledge articles for all these.

Hi @RajavaramH 

You can do this easily if you already have a mapping of KB numbers and BAs in an Excel sheet.

There is a field on the KB Article form called CI. Enter the BA name there, and it will create the relationship automatically. After that, go to the BA record and add the related list CI → KB. Then you will be able to see the associated KB articles

For the next part, you need to update the Contextual Search configuration. By default, it uses the Short Description, but you will need to modify it so that it searches based on your BA instead.
