How to best store application-specific release logs and notes in ServiceNow

Currently our internal application teams are using their knowledge bases in ServiceNow to store release logs and notes as knowledge articles - though these are definitely not articles. So we are looking to find a way within Digital Product Release Management to store and share release logs and notes to non-licensed employees in ServiceNow. Is a module we can use for this task (other than the knowledge management module)?
