Hi @poojitha_N

I’m a ServiceNow trainer and happy to share my thoughts. When it comes to projects, ideas are all around you. There are plenty of use cases you can pick and work on. Here are a few examples:

  • Parking management

  • Sports hall booking

  • Restaurant table booking

  • School administration system

  • Grocery shop management, and many more.

Hi @poojitha_N ,

My POV is that you can start with some Admin assignments/ tasks/examples/use cases and then move towards developemnt use cases. If you will google, you will find a lot of Admin tasks/development use cases- implement those on your PDI. Once you are through then you can move toward custom applicationa nd create any project/ application in the Studio.

If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark - Solution accepted.
