How to change from Basic to OAuth 2.0

Hi Team,

 

We have a existing functionalty of (Basic) integration - We are going to upgrade from Basic to OAuth 2.0. we have created Application registry with client ID and Client Secret attached screenshots. And we have existing REST Messages.

we have changes endpoints for create and update, and changed Authentication type from Basic to OAuth 2.0. But while clicking on Get OAuth Token button in related links Getting this error "OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. Error detail:Invalid null response." attached screenshots for your references.

 

Kindly please help us - Thanks for the adavances.

Thanks for your reply. I have created application registry and existing REST Messages modified basic to Auth 2.0. Above are the total screenshots. But while am testing from Postman working as expected getting token authentication. But from servicenow while am trying getting above error:- OAuth flow failed. Verify the configurations and try again. Error detail:Invalid null response."

 

Could you please help on this.

In OAuth Entity profile - They is Oauth Entity profile scopes is empty - should I create there or add any existing one?
