Hi @avinash1289 

This is the Workspace view, so you can navigate to Workspace, search for 'Change', click 'New', and it will open just like this.

what exact change you require there?

If you are talking about changing the arrangement etc on that page which shows the different change models then it's a UI builder component.

you will have to deep dive and explore on that.
