I finished my free Service Now system administrator course and qualified for the CSA Free Voucher. I wish to now apply to take the CSA exam. When I click the area titled "Claim in My Vouchers." It demands payment (300 USD).

Hi @AnilK8626541963,
that's correct, please read my previous post:
[ServiceNow University] - Vouchers eligibility, Free Trainings, Paid Exams and Payments | FAQs
Eligible to a voucher doesn't mean it's free 😞 it's 300 USD + taxes, so it's around 340-360 USD in total depending on your domicile.
However, if you are from India, you may apply this promo code to get a discount:

But it's only for candidates from India and for limited time (until 2025), but you can never get it for free.

Hi @AnilK8626541963 ,
It is correct as Training is free but not voucher. To claim voucher you need to pay. If you are from India then you can get 50% discount. Check this Post here:-
if you are working in a company which is a servicenow partner and you have the partner portal access then voucher will be free for you.
If my answer helped you, please mark it- solution accepted.

Yes, that is expected. The reason is that only the training is free of cost, not the certification. However, if you are an Indian resident, you can use the NASSCOM voucher to get a 50% discount on the exam.
If not, you will need to pay $300 plus taxes for the exam. There is currently no free voucher, discount, scheme, or campaign available for others.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
