Auto-healing makes sense — but the real question is whether auto healing should apply to all P4 incidents.
If the answer is yes, then it’s easy to implement:

Create a Flow (not a Workflow)

Set the trigger to: Incident → Priority = 4
-
Then define the actions as needed
